1. Digital Products

AI Toolkit Shop sells downloadable digital products, including AI prompt toolkits delivered as PDF files. All products are delivered electronically upon purchase. No physical goods are shipped. Download access is provided through our payment processor and is subject to their platform terms.

2. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the purchased product for your own professional or personal workflow. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the product files with others
  • Repackage or republish the content as your own product
  • Remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices
  • Use the content to train AI models or create derivative AI datasets

3. No Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we will make it right.

Note: Our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) acts as the merchant of record and reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase at their discretion to prevent payment disputes. Their refund decisions are outside our control.

4. No Professional Advice

Our products are informational tools only. Nothing in any AI Toolkit Shop product constitutes legal, medical, financial, HR, veterinary, or other professional advice. Purchasing a product does not create any professional or consulting relationship between you and Ryan Emslie / AI Toolkit Shop. You are solely responsible for how you apply the content in your work.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

Our products provide prompt templates designed to work with AI language models. We do not control, operate, or take responsibility for any AI model or platform you use with these prompts. AI output varies depending on the model, version, your inputs, and context. No specific results are guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and applying any AI-generated content before using it professionally or sharing it publicly. We are not liable for any AI-generated output produced using our prompts.

6. Accuracy and Results

However, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes, performance improvements, or results of any kind — professional, financial, or otherwise. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. We do not store your payment information. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the products will meet your specific requirements or that the prompts will produce any particular result.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryan Emslie / AI Toolkit Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to damages from AI-generated output, loss of business, or reliance on product content — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
